International Shipping Without the Headaches

Your customers do not stop at the border. We ship worldwide through our FlavorCloud partnership plus DHL, UPS, and USPS, with duties and customs paperwork handled as part of fulfillment.

What Is International Fulfillment?

International fulfillment means shipping ecommerce orders to customers outside the US, with all the extra steps that crossing a border adds: customs declarations, duties and taxes, restricted-item rules, and carrier handoffs. Done badly, it produces surprise fees at the customer's door, packages stuck in customs, and refund requests. Done well, it looks exactly like a domestic order that just takes a few days longer.

Moby Dick 3PL handles the entire chain from our Canal Winchester warehouse. Orders route through FlavorCloud, our cross-border partner, or through DHL, UPS, and USPS international services, whichever lane fits the destination, weight, and speed your customer chose.

Duties can be collected upfront with delivered-duty-paid (DDP) shipping, so your customer pays once at checkout and never gets an invoice from a carrier. Your brand looks polished in every country it sells to.

How We Ship Internationally

One warehouse, every border. Here is what happens behind the scenes.

FlavorCloud Partnership

FlavorCloud aggregates international carriers and customs clearance into one network. Your orders get competitive cross-border rates and pre-cleared paperwork without you managing a single customs broker relationship.

Duties & Taxes Upfront

DDP shipping calculates duties and taxes at checkout so your customer pays once. No surprise carrier invoices at the door, which is the single biggest cause of refused international packages.

Smart Lane Selection

Some destinations favor DHL, others USPS or a FlavorCloud consolidator. We route each order down the lane that balances cost and speed for that specific country and package profile.

Compliant Documentation

Commercial invoices, HS codes, and export declarations generate from your product catalog automatically. Getting these right is the difference between clearing customs in hours versus weeks.

Tracking That Crosses Borders

End-to-end tracking follows the package through customs and the final-mile carrier, pushed back to your store and your customer just like a domestic order.

International Returns

Destination-specific return rules through our Two Boxes powered returns program, so you only pay to bring back inventory that is actually worth recovering.

International Shipping FAQ

Which countries can you ship to?
Through our FlavorCloud partnership and international services from DHL, UPS, and USPS, we ship to most countries worldwide. Coverage and delivery speed vary by destination, so tell us where your customers are and we will map out lanes, costs, and transit times for your quote.
Who handles customs and duties?
We do, as part of fulfillment. FlavorCloud supports delivered-duty-paid (DDP) shipping so duties and taxes can be collected upfront and your customer never gets a surprise bill at the door. Delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU) options are available where they make more sense.
How are international returns handled?
International returns route through the same returns program as domestic orders, powered by Two Boxes. We help you set destination-specific return rules so you are not paying to bring back product that costs more to return than to replace.
Do international orders ship as fast as domestic ones?
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours whether they are going to Columbus or overseas. Transit time then depends on the lane and the service level you choose for that destination.
Is international shipping worth it for a brand my size?
If international customers are already finding you, yes. Brands shipping 1,000 to 25,000 orders per month often have 5 to 15 percent of demand coming from outside the US. Serving it well usually costs less than most brands assume once duties are handled correctly upfront.
